The Roadhouse Cooking & BBQ Digital Thermometer provides ultra-fast, 3 - 5 second temperature reading. Made of ABS and food-grade stainless steel, the foldable probe is compact and easy to store with a temperature range of -58 degrees to 572 degrees Fahrenheit ( -50 degrees - 300 degrees Celsius). The digital display screen is easy to read and the temperature reading can be switched between Fahrenheit and Celsius.
